SIR: This is a message to Mr Welburn-Sutton of Blackrod. (Smile, please! BEN July 24).
Keep on knocking our post men and women and you play into the hands of those who want them out of a job. What matter if your postman does not say 'good morning, how are you' to you, do you ever ask him and wish him good morning?
I guess we are lucky in our area with both postmen and post women, we have both on our avenue, who have to drag themselves with heavy loads through all kinds of weather to get our post to us.
We are lucky in this country to have the postal service and postal offices we have. Let's be grateful for them instead of knocking them.
