SIR: I would like to thank the BEN for publishing my letters over many years. I look forward to reading the BEN every day - and I have been doing this for over 40 years! I think the BEN is a great family paper, which not only covers local news, but also wider issues - these with great sensitivity. think you have some very good reporters - to mention two - Angela Kelly writing with humour and wit; and Alwyn Graham - who certainly pulls no punches! I read the paper from cover to cover - but I must confess that my favourite is Leslie Gent with his 'Looking Back'. Anyone who does not read the BEN does not know what they are missing.
