THE BEN Amateur Stage Awards evening is this year being held in conjunction with the Bolton Amateur Theatre Societies' dinner.
Tickets, costing £13.50 each, are now available for the five-course dinner-dance at the Albert Halls, Bolton, on Friday, September 13. For tickets contact Harold Hulton on 01204 842678.
Every amateur production, whether the society is a member of BATS or not, which has been reviewed in the BEN, will be considered for the awards and societies do not have to enter. The awards will be made in three categories: Best Musical, Best Drama and Special section.
There will be two nominations and a winner in each category, and these will be announced during the awards evening.
Tickets are already in great demand, so if you want to ensure a seat at the dinner and find out whether your society has won an award, make sure you get in touch with Harold Hulton.
