SIR: Your report in BEN of Tuesday July 16 highlights the danger at the extremely busy road junction at Mansell Way and concludes that the lights will be turned off during the cabling work for the new football stadium.
Will the contractors be notifying the public through your editorial or can we expect the police authority to man the junction during these periods?
if not, then can we expect the danger to be overcome by doing the work outside the normal working day?
