SIR: Bolton Town Council are to spend £1 million on the Town Hall square and £100,000 on a children's play area in Bolton District.
May I on behalf of the parents and grand parents who accompany children to the play area at Green Lane, Horwich, request that some seating be provided in this area. Maybe one of the many seats in the town centre could be transferred.
