HOLLIS Directories has announced the acquisition of Willings Press Guide, Advertisers Annual and The Marketing Handbook from Reed Information Services.
RIS, which is a member of the Reed Elsevier group, decided to sell a number of its specialist titles and focus on two core franchises serving the banking, and industrial and commercial sectors. The acquired titles will move to Hollis's offices in Teddington, Middlesex.
Managing director Gary Zabel, who is a former Bolton Evening News journalist, said: "This is a tremendously exciting development." Hollis is best known for its Press & Public Relations Annual.
