A TEAM from Bolton-based Jacksons Chartered Accountants, led by Nigel Jackson, is advising furniture chain Uno as it approaches a flotation on the Alternative Investment Market in August.
Uno, which is based in Liverpool and has nine superstores, was founded in 1992.
The management is being advised by Jacksons and Societe Generale Strauss Turnbull.
When the flotation is completed, Jacksons will remain joint auditors and advisers.
