EVERY week I watch the six episodes of Emmerdale on TV (sad I know, but this has prompted a serious thought).
In almost every episode there seems to be a bin collection with no evidence of recycle bags or green bins. Now that is about six times a week they have their bins emptied, and Bolton people have to put up with having their black bin collected once every two weeks.
I think the Bolton councillors who are responsible for this farce should visit Emmerdale council and find out what the secret is, or should Eric Pollard join Bolton Council and show them how it should it be done.
