I HAVE just read the article on the front page of the Bolton Evening News, November 16, about the new sign "WELCOME TO BOLTON COME ON IN, MAKE YOURSELF AT HOME" but I fear they have missed something off the sign that should say "Sorry about the smell but our black bins are only emptied twice a month".
