MEMBERS of the Shuttleworth in Ramsbottom Women's Institute had their worries melted away when their latest meeting was turned into an aromatherapy session.
The ladies were treated to a evening with Darna Sweeney, who works at Collection Hair and Beauty Salon in Ramsbottom, and talked about the alternative therapy before demonstrating the shoulder and neck massage technique with several willing WI volunteers.
Darna was thanked for the evening by president Kathleen Bailey and the competition for a granny's remedy was won by Dorothy Moss. The next meeting will take place at Ramsbottom Civic Hall on Monday, December 5 and will be the Christmas party.
