WAS shocked to read the article about plan to extend the pedestrian area from Deansgate, down Churchbank to the St Peter's Way underpass in Bolton
Daily council civil servants drop off their cars in residential areas near to town and also stores car parks, even though they are not shopping. I suppose we will have even more of that. I live close to the area and think we to should be consulted. We are local voters and tax payers.
Bolton Council lacks in the consultation policy but excels in their abily to waste public money.
