A WHITEFIELD builder was found guilty of a road rage incident after a trial at Bury magistrates.
Kieron Johnson (51), of Eight Acre, had denied charges of assault and driving without reasonable consideration for other users.
But the case against him was found proved, and the bench adjourned the hearing until January 9 after pre-sentence reports were ordered.
The offences arose out of a confrontation in Manchester Road, Bury, between Johnson and the other driver, Craig Marshall, during which Johnson was said to have punched the complainant in the face.
Johnson claimed he had acted in self-defence.
