THE driver of a Citroen Saxo escaped serious injury when the car ploughed through a hedge and landed on its side in a garden.
Police were called to Lovers Lane, Atherton, at 4pm on Friday after the car was thought to have clipped a kerb before crashing.
No injuries were reported to police.
