A MAN who damaged his council house faces a £250 legal bill. Craig Leach, aged 23, punched and kicked two internal doors at his home in Monks Lane, Bolton, after an argument with his girlfriend.
He appeared at Bolton magistrates' court where he was fined £130 for criminal damage and failing to surrender to bail. He was also ordered to pay £50 compensation to Bolton Council and pay £70 costs.
