LEIGH RMI should have new Portuguese signing Tiago Lopes making his Hilton Park debut against Kettering on Saturday.
The student, who is in England on a course at John Moore's University, Liverpool, has agreed a deal until the end of the season and the former SC Farnense misdielder is expected to take over from the suspended Scott Willis.
RMI, desperate for points to avoid relegation, will be looking to maintain their impressive home form, which has seen them collect 13 out of a possible 18 points from their last six matches.
They managed a clean-sheet for only the fourth time this season with a battling display at Workington and manager Andy Nelson will be looking for a repeat performance against big-spending Kettering, who have had a season of turmoil with the much-publicised appoinment and sacking as manager of Paul Gascoigne.
