A MAN, aged 78, denied exposing himself when he appeared at Bolton Magistrates Court yesterday.
Thomas Rowley, above, is alleged to have exposed himself to three boys in changing rooms at Horwich Leisure Centre on February 19.
The case has been adjourned until July 29 when it will be committed to Bolton Crown Court.
An order was passed in court which prevents the publication of Rowley’s address, after fears were raised by his defence team that doing so could lead to reprisals.
