Why do you think the Showcase is important for Bolton?

The Showcase gives people a chance to experience home-brewed live music, and to see bands they wouldn't normally get a chance to see. It also gives people from outside Bolton the chance to see our bands at their best and see the music scene come alive in all its glory.

What do you think of Bolton's music scene?

The Bolton music scene is brilliant because it's so diverse. There is everything from brilliant metal bands like Displacement to the weird but amazing music by solo artists like Pagan Wanderer Lu. We feel we are somewhere in the middle, and it's great that there are events like this that allow bands and artists to show off what they got.

What are you looking forward to at this year's Showcase?

We've been taking a break the last few months to write new material, so we're really looking forward to getting back on stage and playing it all live.

Why should people come and see you?

Because we're playing with Last Chance! No, seriously. . . We've undergone a lot of changes over our break, and we feel our new material is our best yet. We plan to really impress.

Last Chance

What are you looking forward to at this year's Showcase?

We are looking forward to playing on the massive stage at the Phoenix Centre to the people in our home town, and getting the chance to see some of our favourite local bands, such as Aloner.

What do you think of Bolton's music scene?

It is beautiful. Bolton has many talented artists and lots of enthusiastic fans. It's good how it has grown over the last couple of years, and now there are loads of bands to choose from, no matter what sort of music you are into.
