WHEELIE bins have been in the news a lot recently. They are back again but for the wrong reasons.
There has been a spate of arson attacks on wheelie bins left outside houses for collection the following morning. Obviously louts or drunks meandering their way home think it is fun to set the bins on fire but one day their misplaced high jinks could cost someone their life.
If anyone is caught for these offences the full panoply of the law should be used against them and they should be made to pay for every bin they destroy.
