HOUSES have been damaged as a tornado hit streets in Westhoughton this afternoon.
Residents have reported damage to roofs, and bicycles and trampolines have blown into neighbouring gardens.
It struck at around 3.30pm near St Bartholomew's Primary School and homes have been damaged in Green Meadows, Sandyway Close and Quakerfields.
