I HAVE just spent some time leafing through newspapers looking for something cheery enough for this short item.
They reflect an awful lot of gloom and I have given up.
Rain continues outside and I expect to get wet again when I play bowls this afternoon. It will soon be autumn and no doubt we will have a miserable winter once more. Maybe I should just lie down for a little while and count my blessings.
