DAVID BANTON On May 19, 2012, suddenly, Dave aged 40 years. The dearly loved husband of Jane and daddy of Poppy, Zach and Molly, loving son of Dorothy and John and brother of Vicki and Michael. The funeral service will take place on Thursday, May 31, 2012, in Christ Church, Walmsley, Egerton at 1.00 pm followed by interment in the churchyard.
