AN ASYLUM seeker was fined for driving without a licence or insurance in Bolton.
Sherzad Ismail, aged 28, was pulled over by police on Chorley Old Road in January 2004.
Ismail missed previous court summons and has been moved seven times in the last two years by an asylum seekers' support organisation. He is currently in Huddersfield.
He appeared in Bolton Magistrates Court and was fined £200 and disqualified from driving until he passes an appropriate test.
