A BREIGHTMET woman has been charged in relation to an incident which saw a man with learning difficulties defrauded out of £40.
Amadine Webster, aged 21, of Bispham Avenue, is charged with burglary and fraud in connection with the incident on May 4.
It is alleged that a woman told the 60-year-old man they had been asked by a relative to some gardening, and then told him he owed them £40, which he paid.
The woman then allegedly left without completing the work.
Webster appeared Bolton magistrates court on Friday 8 May 2015.
