YOUNG people worked together as they tackled a range of challenges including abseiling and orienteering at the Anderton Centre.
Year seven pupils at Albany Academy learnt a range of new skills at the centre which is situated on the shores of the Rivington Reservoir.
The two days of activities were designed to help the new secondary school starters bond.
