GROSVENOR Nursery School in Kearsley became the latest place in Bolton to have a new defibrillator installed in its premises.
The school in Lord Street had the defibrillator donated by Bolton ICD Support Group.
The group has now donated 63 defibrillators to school, sports clubs and community groups across Bolton.
Tracey Wilkinson, fundraising manager for Bolton ICD, said: "The kids were delighted to get this defib at their school.
"Whilst we hope they never need to use one, we have shown them how and when to use it in case they find themselves in that situation.
"With this donation and the other donations at schools across Kearsley, it is now a very safe area to live."
Bolton ICD received this and another defibrillator from the manufacturer Zoll Medical.
It will donate the other defibrillator to Kearsley Cricket Club over the next few weeks.
