TWO final dates have been added to Peter Kay’s Phoenix Nights live shows — taking the run to a total of 15.

Due to overwhelming public demand, tickets for Saturday, February 14, and Sunday, February 15, will go on sale tomorrow morning.

The initial run of two nights, for Peter Kay’s Phoenix Nights Live at the Manchester Arena, was extended after they sold out in minutes on Sunday.

More than 120,000 tickets were sold for the shows in just three hours, with all profits going to Comic Relief.

The 41-year-old Bolton comedian and the full original cast of the award-winning Channel 4 comedy series, including Paddy McGuinness and Dave Spikey, are giving all their time for free on the project.

A spokesman for Comic Relief said “Peter has taken the idea of doing a gig for charity to a whole new level.

"It’s the first time anyone has done anything on this epic scale.

"We can’t thank him enough and promise to use the money raised as well as is humanly possible.”

Taking on more shows than Take That’s 2015 run at the same venue and selling two more nights than comedy legends Monty Python — who performed ten shows at The O2 London in July — tickets go on sale at 10am tomorrow.
