CELEBRITY Masterchef star Tom Parker uploaded a picture of himself and his battle scar which he acquired from the BBC1 cooking show after losing a fight with a blender.
Viewers cringed as they witnessed the former Wanted singer, from Tonge Moor, cut his finger on the sharp blade, which went through to the bone, while he was cooking in the 'quintessential English dish' round.
The 26-year-old singer uploaded the selfie of his injured finger during the pre-recorded show, which aired on Thursday night, along with the caption "Properly idiotic!"
Tom said he was "gutted" after the accident meant he could no longer take part in the round, where he was making Cornish pasties and sausage rolls — but thankfully the injury was not too serious.
John Torode said on the show: "Tom's made a pretty bad mistake — he's put his hand, without thinking, into a food processor and cut his finger to the bone, which means he's off to the hospital to get a few stitches."
