PLANS have been submitted to build six homes on a former industrial site in Farnworth.
The apartments could be constructed on land adjacent to Jackson Street, which would all be within a three-storey block.
The land was previously used for light industrial work and with a mid-19th century masonry building.
The application was submitted by Joseph Kirkpatrick last week and the decision on whether to approve the plans has been delegated to Bolton Council’s planning department.
