TWO landmarks in Bolton are due to go under the hammer at an auction today.
Both Dean Mills Reservoir in Smithills and Century Mill in Farnworth will be sold at an event held by Auction House North West at the Macron at 2pm.
The reservoir has been valued at between £10,000 and £20,000 and, according to auctioneers, has been described as one of the more 'unique' lots sold at an auction.
Century Mill in George Street has been valued at between £1.5 and £2 million plus fees. The four-acre site is home to several businesses and is currently producing £172,014.88 per annum.
