A trio of siblings from Bolton have used their milestone birthdays to raise money for Bolton Hospice.
Kath Thorpe, aged 70, John Whipp, aged 80 and Bob Whipp, aged 90, jointly celebrated their big days at Farnworth Social Circle Cricket Club.
The trio asked guests to donate to the hospice rather than buying gifts.
John Whipp, whose father of the same name celebrated his 80th birthday, said: “It was fantastic, a really good do. Every time we have family parties we ask people to donate to the hospice.”
