BOLTON Clinical Commissioning Group's chief finance officer Ian Boyle, has said the group has met its financial targets for the year.
Chairman of the board Wirin Bhatiani said he was 'proud' of the position they were in and hoped they would take calculated risks in future to mediate coming challenges.
