Despite announcing last year that he was retiring from boxing, Tyson Fury will be returning to the ring in October for a second time. 

Fury is the name on everyone's lips at the moment following the release of the Netflix documentary 'At Home with the Furys'. 

The documentary stars the heavyweight champion along with his wife Paris, their children and Tyson's brother Tommy Fury with his partner Molly-Mae Hague and gives viewers an inside look into their everyday lives.

Despite being retired, the Netflix show documents Fury's trip to Iceland in search of a fight with the former World's Strongest Man Hafthor 'Thor' Bjornsson.

He then went on to fight Dereck Chisora in December 2022.

This was not the first time Fury had retired, the heavyweight champion first announced he would be stepping away from boxing as far back as November 2013, according to The Mirror.

But like all the times he has claimed he is retiring before, Fury just can't fully step away from boxing. 

In the Netflix documentary, he says: "Boxing is really the only thing that gives me purpose."

The battle is said to determine "the Baddest Man On The Planet".

A Tyson Fury vs Anthony Joshua - battle of the Brits fight, has been something that boxing fans in the UK have been waiting years for.

Joshua's promoter Eddie Hearn said after his recent victory over Robert Helenius that a fight against Fury could be on the cards in 2024.

Hearn said: “It is the fight we want (against Wilder). We have a three-fight plan.

“It was Helenius, first Dillian Whyte and then Helenius, and now Wilder and then Tyson Fury. That is the ambition.”
