BOLTON restaurants are hoping to feel the benefits of an increase in spending on dining out this Christmas.
North West restaurants saw a 17 per cent year on year growth in spending and a 24 per cent jump in visits in recent months as consumers got back into the habit of eating out.
According to the first Barclaycard Where’s Britain Spending? report, consumers in the region are returning to the dining table and increasing the number of meals they enjoy out, as their financial situation improves.
