A RESIDENT has applied to fell three conifer trees outside his Harwood home.
Mr Peter Lever of Pensford Court intends to cut down the trees, which include one Cedar tree and two Cypress trees.
A council tree and woodland officer has deemed that the work would be "good arboricultural practice" and has recommended that the application is approved.
Bolton Council's planning department will now decide whether the work can go ahead.
