A GREAT Lever man has denied failing to provide police with a roadside breath test.
Nicholas Barwise allegedly carried out the offence on January 17.
He entered a not guilty plea at Bolton Magistrates' Court on January 29.
Barwise, aged 44, of Crescent Avenue, will return there to stand trial on July 1, and is bailed until then.
