A LEIGH nursing home open day provided a fun-filled event for people of all ages on Saturday.
Residents and visitors soaked up the sunshine at Richmond House Care Home on Mitchell Street for an occasion which included donkey-riding, a Punch and Judy show, singing as well as other types of entertainment.
There was also a tombola on the day.
People who attended also enjoyed tucking into fish and chips and ice cream.
