AN application to build 58 homes in Westhoughton will be discussed by the town council.
The plan for Hartley's Farm in Wingates Lane was recently resubmitted after Bolton Council rejected a previous identical application in November.
The developer Hollins Wingates also revealed that the rejected application will go to appeal.
Recent appeals led to approvals for schemes at Lee Hall and Bowlands Hey.
Westhoughton Town Council will discuss the resubmitted proposal at its meeting at the town hall at 7pm on Monday.
