1:58pm

I was tucked up by 9pm, so will be doing Matchday Live clear as a bell!

1:57pm

Think we're all in need of a pick-me-up after last week's defeat at Wigan. That counts double if you were out on Mad Friday.

1:55pm

Good afternoon and welcome to Matchday Live!

On this form if it wasn't for the teams that are already in the bottom three, BWFC would be relegated this season. The team needs to hit the ground from now on or BWFC are either destined for another season of Championship dross or League One awaits.

I hope I am proved wrong, and really would AVB do any better with the squad? Nope... we might as well stick with DF.

I was unable to follow any sport yesterday afternoon and was angry and hugely disappointed when found Bolton's result. What on earth is DF doing to us? Looking at the forthcoming fixtures I do not see many points coming our way, if any!

It looks like the same old story of missed opportunities. Perhaps our players need to practise shooting between the goalposts No point doing all the keeping fit training if can't score goals.

Last week I wrote championship manager = championship football. Could well be league 1 at this rate.

But still, I wish all of you Happy Christmas and Happy New Year (fingers crossed)

AVB wouldn't come anyway. We need an experienced manager to sort this lot out. I'd give him until March - if we are in the bottom three then we accept relegation and get an experienced man to come in and sort the deadwood out, if we get to mid table then we keep him but monitor the situation closely.

How about Big Sam getting sacked from West Ham and coming back to Bolton? (just dreaming) It's been down, down, down since he left, and we have never really learnt why he wanted to leave, and did.
