Zat Knight 8 Unlucky not to score and dug in at the back, particularly in the second half.

David Wheater 8 Grew in stature as the game wore on and superb tackle on Sharp in box.

WHITES STAR MAN: Joe Mason Ran his socks off and another clinical finish, his second in four days, ultimately earned the victory.

Team-mates and manager have admitted he will be a big miss when he returns to loan club Cardiff after Saturday’s clash with Barnsley and on this form, it’s easy to see why.
