EX-WANDERERS defender Dean Holden has called in a favour to loan Whites youngster Luke Woodland at Oldham Athletic.
Holden has been placed in temporary charge at Boundary Park and goes up against the man who brought him into coaching, Lee Johnson, in this afternoon’s home game with Barnsley.
He has bolstered his squad with the loan signing of England youth international defender Woodland, who is highly thought of within the Wanderers’ set-up.
Meanwhile, Conor Wilkinson, the Whites striker currently on loan at Boundary Park, has been called up by the Republic of Ireland Under-21s for their upcoming Euro qualifier against Andorra on March 26.
