WANDERERS (3-5-2).

NATHAN BAXTER…6.5.

Never seriously tested by Fleetwood and in treacherous conditions he also had to curb his involvement on the ball as the Whites played out from the back.

GETHIN JONES…8.

Wanderers are going to miss him, no doubt about it. Calm and controlled in possession, defensively solid and happy to push on and help Dacres-Cogley on the right.

RICARDO SANTOS…8.

Stockley really must be sick of the sight of the Bolton skipper – his timing was excellent and not much got past him all night.

EOIN TOAL…7.5.

Positive, and more importantly, accurate in possession, but also won his fair share in the air as well. A couple of big games from the young defender.

JOSH DACRES-COGLEY…7.

Didn’t see quite as much of the ball as Williams on the left or push quite as high up as he normally does – but linked up well regardless.

JOSH SHEEHAN…7.

Once he got to the speed of the game he took control of midfield and knocked the ball around confidently. Took some heavy hits too.

KYLE DEMPSEY…8.

His best game for a while. Maybe given some extra motivation against his former club – but Dempsey was everywhere and created the second goal.

GEORGE THOMASON…7.5.

Worked well with Williams on several occasions in the first half and looked to fancy himself for a goal, with a few efforts blocked. Watch a replay of Adeboyejo’s goal and clock GT’s celebrations.

RANDELL WILLIAMS…7.

Looked like it would be squarely down to him to open Fleetwood up in the first half as he got into space time and time again.

DION CHARLES…8.5.

Deserved a little bit of luck for the opening goal after a real all-action performance against a team who felt he wasn’t good enough for league football. No accounting for taste, eh?

JON DADI BODVARSSON…7.

Worked hard, hit the post and came within a whisker of turning in a couple of other crosses. The Icelander deserved a bit more in front of goal.
