SIXTEEN teams will compete in the Bolton Cricket League's annual indoor competition next month.
Beginning on January 8 the event will again take place at Bolton School sports hall on Sundays.
Farnworth Social Circle are the holders of the Anthony Axford Indoor Trophy after beating Horwich in the final last January.
They are in action in the second week of next month's tournament when they begin their campaign against Atherton in the first round.
First-round draw – January 8: 12.30pm Farnworth v Heaton, 1.45pm Bradshaw v Eagley, 3pm Kearsley v Darcy Lever, 4.15pm Little Hulton v Walkden.
January 15: 12.30pm Westhoughton v Blackrod, 1.45pm Lostock v Daisy Hill, 3pm Atherton v Farnworth SC, 4.15pm Horwich v Tonge.
