A CHARITY match takes place at Kearsley Cricket Club on Sunday, July 2 to raise money for Jaden Farrell Mann who was caught up in the Manchester terror attack last month.
The 10-year-old daughter of a friend of Kearsley captain Grant Cordin suffered two fractured legs in the attack at the Manchester Arena and also sustained shrapnel wounds.
She was in hospital for a couple of weeks and is now starting her recovery on crutches after two operations.
The match is a Twenty20 game between Kearsley and a Bolton League select side and the day will also feature a tombola, raffle, cake stalls, DJ and a visit from Farnworth fire station crew. The game starts at 2pm.
