MEMBERS of the Bolton Artistic Roller Skating Club have just competed in the 2015 British Championships for espoir, minis and tots in Andover, Hampshire.
Emma Thiele came third in British mini solo dance and also second in British mini free skating.
Meanwhile, Hollie Asquith also finished on the podium by claiming third in the British mini free skating event.
Both girls have been selected by FARS board selection committee to represent GB this year at Cup of Europe being held in July in Dijon, France.
Nina Asquith said: "The club is very proud of all the girls that entered championships, Lucinda Galloway, Katelyn Fletcher, Emma Halpin-Foden, Valentina Mattana, Caitlin Tetley, Summer Burke, Emily Ferguson, and Saffron Curley.
"It's great to know that we had four in the top ten mini free skating, along with medal winners Hollie and Emma were Caitlin Tetley and Summer Burke.
"Now comes the hard work of preparing and paying for the travel, hotels and GB uniform.
"So if anyone knows of any grants, funds or sponsors that would be willing to help the Bolton skaters represent their country, then I would love to hear from them."
