Bolton schoolboys march on

FOOTBALL: Bolton Under-14s kept the pressure on at the top of the Greater Manchester Schools’ League with a 3-2 victory over Rochdale.
The local lads stormed back from being 2-0 down at half time and won the game with second-half goals from Tom Marren (St James’), Alex Todd (St James’) and Nathan Heath (Turton).
Bolton now look well placed to lift the title.
