BOLTON golfer Catherine Roberts has won a top national title to put her name at the summit of the ladies' amateur game in England.
The Hart Common player took the ladies' county title when she won the Champion of Champions trophy at Woodhall Spa, beating all other county champions in England.
In a second success for the Westhoughton club, professional Steve Parry won the Lancashire Open at Blackpool North Shore Golf Club.
