FELL runner Mark Shuttleworth, who is more used to tackling the high peaks of the English Lake District, was placed first in his age group at the Worsley Woods park run in a time of 21mins 3secs, which also placed him 31st overall in what was his 81st parkrun.
Jocelyn Chadderton continues to be one of the most active of Lostockers, having competed in a hat-trick of races in the past week.
First up was the Bull Hill fell race that packs 1,100 feet of climbing into its five-and-a-half miles, which she finished in 1:06:51.
Albert Sunter and Jordan Sunter completed the trio of Lostock AC runners, with Sunter finishing third in his age group in a time of 44:51, while Sunter posted 50:52.
Next up for Chadderton was Bolton parkrun which she completed in 28:55, alongside Paul O'Brien (14th overall in 21:15) and Dawn Magill (40:13).
Finally, Chadderton completed the Barrow Bridge 5K in a time of 26:24.
Lostock's Jonathan Cosgrove was fifth overall in 19:04, with Dawn Magill coming home in 34:47.
