If the police find someone with a Class B drug they can issue a formal caution or arrest them.

In England the drug is most prevalent in the Midlands where people have been seen on top of buildings, climbing trees and attacking people who come near them.

This week Police and Crime Commissioner for Staffordshire, Matthew Ellis, called for the drug to be reclassified as a Class A drug, which would lead to harsher punishments for those involved.
